Guests can look forward to a glass of fizz on arrival and a three-course festive menu featuring a selection of seasonal dishes, followed by a celebration with music and dancing.

Christmas Party guests can book to stay in on-campus Guest Bedrooms for a special Bed & Breakfast rate, which comprises a full English buffet-style and/or continental breakfast served at Barkers, just a 2-minute walk from Guest Bedrooms.

Three-course festive menu

Starter

  • Ham hock terrine with toasted brioche and a spiced fig chutney
  • Smoked mackerel pate with Melba toast and preserved lemon
  • Vegan buffalo sprout bites with chilli jam, and coconut yoghurt

Main course

Served with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables

  • Traditional roast turkey with all the trimmings
  • Pave of salmon with a lemon sorrel sauce
  • Vegan m’hanncha with cumin spiced squash, spinach
  • Braised daube of beef with pommes mousseline

Dessert

  • Christmas pudding with brandy sauce and rum butter
  • Bailey’s cheesecake with Oreo crumble
  • Warm vegan dark chocolate brownie with forest fruits compote
