This prestigious event is one of four events taking place, alongside the Elite, Masters, and Teens divisions, each showcasing the best CrossFit athletes from around the world, competing for the title of CrossFit's fittest males and females.

CrossFit is a dynamic sport that blends cardio, strength, endurance, gymnastics, and functional fitness into one comprehensive training regime. Participants engage in a variety of exercises, including handstand push-ups, wall balls, kettlebell lifts, pull-ups, and assault bike sprints.

The CrossFit Adapted Games feature several divisions, including Seated with Hip Movement, Seated without Hip Movement, Neuro Major, Upper Point (Arm Amputation), and Lower Point (Leg Amputation), to ensure the inclusion of athletes with disabilities.

Over three days, athletes from around the globe will compete in various workouts, earning scores based on their performance.

Nat competes in the Seated with Hip Movement division, a category that reflects his journey with Becker Muscular Dystrophy.

Expressing his enthusiasm for the upcoming competition, Nat stated:

“It is my first CrossFit Games finals, I am excited and raring to go. I am going to show on a global scale that no matter the ability, it can be done in one way or another.”

The Games will be livestreamed on YouTube, allowing fans to witness the incredible feats of these dedicated athletes.
