Development Diary #13

Greetings, Downtimers!

We have reached the end of another exciting week. Today we’ve implemented all the features planned for version 2.1. Thank you for making your preferences heard by voting on the roadmap of feature updates! We’re dedicated to making this app the best it can be with your input and as you can see, we are listening! Please keep voting at  “Roadmap for new features and updates” and influence the upcoming releases!

Here’s a Summary:

  • Even more homebrew options: included in this version are homebrew items, magic items, spells, or even skills! You can keep the content you create for yourself, or share it with your party, or even make it public for the whole community!
  • Don’t miss anything! We added push notifications for major events: Downtime Session started, Session ended, Downtime Action is waiting for approval, approved, or completed!

We’ve also addressed and fixed some minor bugs:

  • We realized that Spanning Downtime Actions kept going on after the Downtime Session ended. I mean, it’s great for your character, but not really fair. We fixed that. Sorry.
  • Fixed a visual bug, too with the Proficiencies, Languages and Notes section on the character sheet. If your character had a lot of options selected, it tended to overflow the window. Now it doesn’t.

That’s it for today. We’re incredibly excited!  Remember:

Downtime Manager 2.1 is officially available!

Have fun, get vaccinated and take care of yourselves!
